Jan has taken care of our two cats over the past year and I really don't know how we managed without her in the past. We have two geriatric cats that require medication. Jan has a way with animals and has been able to quickly build a trusting relationship. She's able to pill our big male cat with no issues. Also, during our last trip, the front door was a bit 'sticky' and hard to open (husband put too much weather stripping in frame). Jan worked on getting the front door open after 30 minutes of trying. Jan takes great care of our five cats when we are out of town. She's reliable, conscientious, and always available when we've needed her (on average, we use her about once a month). Jan has been taking care of my current and former cat (who sadly passed away a few years ago) for 8 years.
